Fostering Growth and Development
The Young Professionals Group is an New England Baptist Hospital program aimed at fostering the growth and development of early-career healthcare professionals. This group provides members with opportunities for networking, mentorship, and professional development through various events, workshops, and collaborative projects.
Focused on cultivating leadership skills and industry knowledge, the group supports young professionals in navigating their career paths, building meaningful connections, and contributing to the innovative and patient-centered culture at New England Baptist Hospital.

We will advance our careers, encourage the growth of young professionals, and support the Baptist Mission through networking, community service and professional development.

- Hold professional development events such as panel discussions with leaders at the hospital
- Compete as a team in recreational sports leagues through Social Boston Sports
