New England Baptist Hospital Receives Two Press Ganey Awards
NEBH Recognized as a Leader in Healthcare for 17 Consecutive Years
Boston, MA — New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH) today announced that it has received two awards from Press Ganey, a global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. These awards are part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to patient experience.
The awards NEBH has received are:
- Guardian of Excellence – Patient Experience — Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems
- Pinnacle of Excellence – Patient Experience — in the categories of Outpatient rehab
This is the 17th consecutive year NEBH has received the Guardian of Excellence Award. As a winner of the Pinnacle of Excellence Award, NEBH has ranked in the top 5 percent of health care providers in delivering patient experience over a minimum of three consecutive years.
