New England Baptist Hospital Is Recognized as a Leader in the Healthcare Industry for 15 Consecutive Years

BOSTON – New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH) today announced that it has been named a multiple award winner from Press Ganey, a global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. These awards are part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience. The awards NEBH has received are:

• 2022 Human Experience (HX) Pinnacle of Excellence Award, in the categories of “Patient Experience 100-100 beds, Inpatient” and “Patient Experience 100-100 beds, HCAHPS”
• 2022 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award
• 2022 Human Experience (HX) National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) Award for Outstanding Nursing Quality

As the winner of two Pinnacle of Excellence Awards, NEBH has ranked in the top 5 percent of healthcare providers in delivering patient experience over a minimum of three consecutive years. As winner of the Outstanding Nursing Quality Award, New England Baptist Hospital is one of seven healthcare organizations nationally to be honored for providing outstanding nursing quality. This is the 15th consecutive year NEBH has received the Guardian of Excellence Award. Press Ganey works with more than 41,000 healthcare facilities in its mission to reduce patient suffering and enhance caregiver resilience to improve the overall safety, quality and experience of care.
