About Dr. Roy
Dr. Adam E. Roy is an attending orthopedic surgeon at New England Baptist Hospital. He graduated from the College of the Holy Cross where he was a four-year member the varsity ice hockey team. He earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine on a full tuition merit-based scholarship, and completed his residency at the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program. He then completed the Otto E. Aufranc Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at New England Baptist Hospital.
Dr. Roy is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. He has written and contributed to numerous works of orthopaedic literature. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Dr. Roy’s specialties include joint replacement, partial and total knee replacement, total hip replacement, primary and revision hip and knee replacement, knee arthroscopy, robotic-assisted surgery and patient-specific instrumentation.
